Microbix Biosystems Inc. Announces Annual And Special Meeting Voting Results

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Apr 7, 2016) - Microbix Biosystems Inc. (MBX.TO) (“Microbix” or the “Company”), an innovator of biological products and technologies, announces the results of the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders that was held on April 6, 2016, at which 45.98% of the issued and outstanding shares were represented. Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions brought before the meeting. A detailed description of all resolutions that were voted on can be reviewed in the Company’s Information Circular, which was filed on SEDAR on March 7, 2016. All of the director nominees listed in the Information Circular were re-elected as directors of Microbix. Detailed results of the vote are set out below:
