MedPage Today -- As hemophilia patients live longer and more normal lives, they are beginning to find that cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a problem as they get older, researchers said here. Two small prospective studies of hemophilia patients presented at the Hemophilia 2010 World Congress found that the disease did not prevent them from experiencing heart attacks or developing hypertension.
