PE Hub -- Ikaria, a Clinton, N.J.-based biopharma company, has filed for a $200 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol IKAR, with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley serving as co-lead underwriters.
