(NYSE: HST) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.5546875 per share on its Class E cumulative redeemable preferred stock for the second quarter of 2009. The preferred dividend is payable on July 15, 2009 to stockholders of record on June 30, 2009.
