BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genta Incorporated announced today that Dr. Jerome Groopman has submitted his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors due to personal health reasons. Dr. Groopman has served on the Board since 2002.
