When Dylan Little was born, moles covered 80 per cent of his body, and his back was entirely black and bleeding Melanocytic Nevus – a rare condition affecting one in 20,000 people.

He’s now undergoing extensive surgery to have the moles removed, to prevent them turning into fatal skin cancer. After 26 surgeries around 50 per cent of the moles have been removed from areas including his neck, shoulders and upper back.
