(NASDAQ: EPIX) announced today the completion of its previously announced merger with Predix Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. Pursuant to the merger agreement, Predix merged with and into EPIX Delaware, Inc. and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of EPIX. The combined company will continue to operate as EPIX.
