TCTMD -- Patients who carry a loss-of-function allele and show high platelet reactivity after an initial clopidogrel loading dose can usually achieve a protective level of platelet inhibition with stepwise dose adjustment, according to a study published online August 11, 2010, ahead of print in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
