Like so many cancer patients, Rockport resident Richard Noble got his cancer diagnosis as a fluke when he was being tested for a completely unrelated medical problem.Noble had pain in his legs, which his regular doctor diagnosed as a problem with the arteries behind both his knees. During a CT scan to check for artery problems in his abdomen, a doctor found a tumor on his bladder.
