For the quarter ended September 30, 2006, the Company reported a net loss of approximately $1.4 million or $0.04 per share basic and diluted compared to a net loss of approximately $0.2 million or $0.01 per share basic and diluted for the corresponding period in 2005. At September 30, 2006, the Company had cash, cash equivalents and investments totaling $103.8 million.
