Creative Diagnostics Launches Anticoccidial Drug Analysis for Researchers

Related products including Clopidol, Decoquinate, Diclazuril, Dinitolmide, Lasalocid, Maduramicin, Mebendazole, and so on are all available at Creative Diagnostics.

As a global leading supplier of antibodies, small molecule conjugates and critical assay reagents for bio-technology industry, Creative Diagnostics today announced the launch of a series of innovative anticoccidial drug analysis products and services for its global clients. Related products including Clopidol, Decoquinate, Diclazuril, Dinitolmide, Lasalocid, Maduramicin, Mebendazole, and so on are all available at Creative Diagnostics.

Anticoccidial drugs now are widely applied as additives in feed and as veterinary drugs for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis in poultry and other animals. The economic damage caused by coccidiosis in modern poultry production is so serious that practically all poultry farms have resorted to feeding anticoccidial drugs as a feed additive to pullets and broiler breeders for 12 to 16 weeks and to broiler chickens for almost their entire life. To meet the requirement of the customers, Creative Diagnostics now provides a full list of antibodies, conjugates and test kits for the analysis of anticoccidial residues.

For Diclazuril, the HRP conjugate is an anticoccidial drug used in major poultry species, such as broiler chickens, replacement pullets and turkeys, as well as in rabbits, lambs and minor edible bird species. Each conjugate comprises antigen covalently bound to horseradish peroxide and is suitable as a tracer in immunoassay development. For conjugate Lasalocid A [HRP], Lasalocid is an antibacterial agent and a coccidiostat, which is produced by strains of Streptomyces lasaliensis. It is the drug in the feed additive called Bovatec. Lasalocid is able to make neutral complexes with monovalent and divalent cations and transport them through apolar phase (including lipid bilayer membranes). It can transport also big organic cations like dopamine.

“We developed a series of anticoccidial drug products that allow researchers to focus on the specific study they need to explore. In addition to the convenience of anticoccidial drug related conjugate, ELISA kits, and antibodies, we also provide other drug residues for researchers to support various study programs.” said Dr. Jessica Waldorf, chief scientific officer of R&D department of Creative Diagnostics.

“Creative Diagnostics offers various conjugates, antibodies and test kits for all relevant drug residues for scientists. And we are glad that our clients recognize our value and we will continue to offer new products and technologies for the global community of scientists and researchers to enable them to make more scientific breakthroughs.” said Mike Knuth, M.D., the chief scientific officer of R&D department of Creative Diagnostics.
