Further to the Company's news release of April 13, 2005, Dr. Faouzi Zerrouk reports that the Letter Of Intent between Synoptics, an affiliate of Northrop Grumman Corporation Space Technology ("Synoptics") and Zecotek Medical Systems Inc. has been extended until July 31, 2005. The original Letter of Intent had an expiry date of June 30, 2005 unless extended.
Dr. Zerrouk confirms that the technology transfer to Synoptics relating to the growth of the LFS Scintillation material has been completed and that Synoptics has experienced much success in the growth of the LFS at its facility.
