DALLAS, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- XactiMed, a provider of Web-based claims processing, remittance and denial management revenue cycle solutions to the healthcare industry, today announced it has signed a five-year business process outsourcing contract with Doctors' Hospital in Shreveport, La.
Under the contract, XactiMed will install its product suite and assume operational and organizational responsibility for Doctors' business office, as well as provide oversight and management of other upstream revenue cycle departments across the revenue cycle. Areas that will be directly supported include admissions and patient registration, billing, follow-up and collections.
