MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2005--VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ OTC BB:VMCS) announces it is undertaking a major effort to step up its market presence in the United States. The Company will be attending a series of industry-sponsored conferences and trade shows where all major suppliers and clients for Electronic Patient/Medical Records, Computerized Physician Order Entry and other Clinical Information Systems will be present. VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. and its partners and allies will be attending each of the proposed events, where the Company will have an opportunity to demonstrate the VisualMED Suite of Clinical Modules to a wide array of healthcare buyers, including officials from individual hospitals, HMOs, and regional, state and federal healthcare authorities.
The American Society of Hospital Pharmacists (ASHP) Summer Meeting is being presented in Boston the week of June 13, and will offer the Company an important venue to demonstrate the full range of agility and functionality of VisualMED's systems to some of the key hospital decision makers. Furthermore, because Boston is home to many HMOs and hospital management companies, this conference takes on added importance from the fact that senior decision makers will be attending ASHP. VisualMED will also be attending the ASHP Mid-year Clinical Meeting December 4-8 in Las Vegas.
