(OTCBB:VHSL) (OTCBB:VHSLW) filed its Form 10K with the SEC and reported operating results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2004. Revenues were approximately $3.2 million for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2004, an increase of approximately $1.2 million or 61 percent, compared to revenues of $2.1 million for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2003. Gross profit for the year ended Dec. 31, 2004 was approximately $1.9 million, an increase of approximately $1.0 million or 110.4 percent, compared to $0.9 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2003. Gross margin, as a percentage of revenues, increased from 44.9 percent for the year ended Dec. 31, 2003 to 58.8 percent for the year ended Dec. 31, 2004.
