TSX will reinstate Millenium Biologix Corporation’s common shares (Symbol: MBC) for trading after considering an appeal filed by the Company, however, the Company’s common shares will remain under review with respect to meeting the requirements for continued listing pursuant to the Remedial Review Process. The Company has been granted until October 2, 2006, being 90 days from the original review date, in which to regain compliance with these requirements.
