Siemens Medical Solutions announces 510K clearance from the Food and Drug Administration of DynaCT, an enhancement for C-arm angiography systems that allows soft tissue imaging in the angio suite. DynaCT is the first application in the industry that enables clinicians to perform Angiographic Computed Tomography (ACT) with the AXIOM Artis Flat Panel Detector (FD) technology systems, increasing diagnostic capabilities in the angiography laboratory. This technology will be featured in the Siemens booth (# 2729) at the 90th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) from Nov. 29 through Dec. 3 in Chicago.
