(“Option Care” or the “Company”) today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) declared effective the registration statement on Form S-3 relating to the Company’s 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2024, and the underlying shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes on February 9, 2005. The registration statement was filed in satisfaction of certain registration rights granted to the note holders.
