Expert training with available certification
The training course describes diabetic testing equipment within the overall framework of the evaluation and treatment of diabetes among the geriatric population. Participants in the Hypoguard-sponsored program will receive 1.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education. Program is offered through January 20, 2006. There are no prerequisites for the program, and certification will be available to licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, nurse managers and other healthcare professionals primarily working in long-term care facilities.
