SALEM, Mass., March 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Fusion Medical Education LLC, a Massachusetts-based medical education company, announced the appointment of Kevin Flynn, MA, as managing director. Flynn, who was formerly Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Scientific Services at Fusion, assumes this role following the departure of Patricia Patrick who was managing director of Fusion for 4 years before she retired earlier this month.

Flynn has over 18 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical communications including 5 years with Fusion. Since joining the company, Flynn has supervised the creation and implementation of strategic publication plans for numerous products in several therapeutic areas. He received a BA in journalism and Spanish from Marquette University and an MA in English from the University of Houston. After completing his MA, he went to work for the MD Anderson Cancer Center as a scientific editor.
