The MedStar(TM) Disease Management Data Collection System's IVR Facilitates More Detailed Clinical Assessments of Chronic Disease Patients
Cybernet Medical, a leading developer of biometric monitoring technology and medical devices for outpatient care, today announced that its MedStar(TM) Disease Management Data Collection System now offers Interactive Voice Response (IVR) features. The MedStar's IVR application, an automatic telephony technology that enables an electronic dialog via a touch-tone telephone, can be used to further support the remote care of chronic disease patients. Through the IVR feature, subjective questions can be used in conjunction with the MedStar's collection and transmission of a patient's physiological data to assist in the development of a more detailed clinical assessment.
