Mr. Besler said the opening of the office is consistent with the company's vision to provide high-level consulting services by utilizing strategically located regional offices. Mr. Wheeler brings over 30 years of experience to BESLER Consulting. Prior to joining BESLER Consulting, Mr. Wheeler worked for the Medicare Fiscal Intermediary in Massachusetts, most recently as the Audit Manager in the Medicare Audit and Reimbursement Department at Anthem Blue Cross. He was responsible for a myriad of audit and reimbursement functions including provider appeals, rate setting, internal quality review, staff training and liaison to Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on policy issues.
