(BULLETIN BOARD: AUXO) an Orange County, CA, based leading provider of Image Management Services for Healthcare, announced today that it has signed a 60 month/5 year agreement to provide Total Outsourced Image Management Services to St. Joseph's Hospital in Eureka, CA. The arrangement between these two organizations comes as part of the recently executed agreement for Total Outsourced Image Management services between AUXILIO and the parent of St. Joseph's Hospital, Eureka, St. Joseph's Health System (SJHS) based in Orange, CA. The Eureka facility is the first of 15 hospitals of SJHS that is implementing AUXILIO'S program.
Under the terms of the agreement, Auxilio will provide SJHS with a full complement of Image Management Services including the development of a facility-wide image management strategy and supporting infrastructure that will include change management processes, vendor selection, contract negotiation, billing administration and consolidation, document management efficiency planning, equipment supply and maintenance, digital connectivity and software recommendation and integration. AUXILIO personnel will be working at the hospital on a full-time basis to ensure service level excellence throughout the length of the contract.
