In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable until July 21, 2005, to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments. The common stock will be listed on the Nasdaq National Market on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 under the symbol “ALLI.”
