Southwestern Medical Solutions, Inc. (OTC: SWNM) is pleased to announce the continuation of negotiations with two major national medical distribution companies to promote and market the Company's Labguard™ diagnostic devices under OEM license. While in the process of initiating the product into limited markets, SWNM has concurrently been involved in discussions regarding the broader market launch. SWNM is considering all options for domestic distribution in determining which best meet the goals of the company.
