Sims, President and CEO of Novavax, is scheduled to present an overview of the company's operations including an update on its proprietary topical emulsion for estrogen therapy, ESTRASORB(R), at the Banc of America Securities Specialty Pharmaceuticals Conference on Friday, July 30, 2004 at The Southampton Inn in Southampton, New York.
