Reaffirming their support of small and start-up technology companies, Montgomery County Executive Douglas M. Duncan and Maryland Secretary of Business and Economic Development Aris Melissaratos today officially welcomed Advanced Vision Therapies, Inc. (AVT) into the County’s high technology business incubator- the Maryland Technology Development Center (MTDC).
