The article entitled “Polyvinyl Alcohol Hydrogel Hemiarthroplasty of the Great Toe: Techniques and Indications” reviews and discusses the Company’s Cartiva Synthetic Cartilage Implant (SCI) for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint at the base of the great toe. Cartiva’s MOTION trial, a multi-center, Phase III randomized study, completed enrollment of 236 patients at 12 sites in Canada and the United Kingdom (UK) last year.
