Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (Nasdaq:MDRX), the leading provider of clinical software, connectivity and information solutions for physicians, announced today that Arizona Community Physicians (ACP) has signed an agreement to provide the TouchWorks(TM) EMR (electronic medical record) to 71 of their physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The largest physician-owned medical group in Arizona, with 33 locations across the state, ACP will begin implementing TouchWorks later this month.
