All resolutions proposed to the shareholders were approved, including the election of management’s nominees (John Wallace, Daniel Legault, Walt Macnee, Roderick Flower, Samira Sakhia and Yung Wu) to the Board of Directors, the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Accountants as Antibe’s auditors, and the amendment of the number of shares that may be granted pursuant to Antibe’s stock option plan to 22,337,983 common shares. The amendment of the stock option plan is subject to TSXV approval.
