ALDA Pharmaceuticals Corp. (APH:TSX-VEN) (the “Company”) announces it has, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”), retained the services of Mr. Daniel Byrne doing business as E-Vestor Relations of Kamloops, British Columbia and FreeForm Communications Inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia to provide investor relations and promotional services, respectively, for the Company. The initial term of the engagements will be three months.
