Envision Product Development Group, along with the company’s Chief Scientist Michael Romeo, and President/Partner David Carson; announced today that they have developed a one-of-a-kind cardiac simulator called the CSS (Cardiac Simulation System) LS-100. This ground-breaking medical device is the world’s first pulsatile beating heart replica built from human CT scans. The CSS LS -100 will give doctors and medical students the opportunity to practice intricate surgical procedures with the simulator instead of using live animals or cadavers. The CSS LS-100 is to doctors and medical students what a flight simulator is to pilots.
