MORRISVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trimeris, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMS) today announced financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2006, reporting total revenues of $9.7 million, an increase of 114 percent, compared to the same period last year. This increase was primarily influenced by strong global sales of FUZEON which reached $63.0 million, a growth of 29 percent over the same period last year. All sales of FUZEON are recorded by F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd (“Roche”), Trimeris’ collaborative partner.
