(TSX: ADS), an international in vitro diagnostic company, today announced that key shareholders, including Picchio Pharma Inc., and members of the executive management acquired a total of 1,300,000 shares in the Company. Picchio Pharma is a healthcare investment firm jointly established by Dr. Francesco Bellini - the Chairman of the Board of Adaltis - and Power Corporation of Canada.
