Stem Cell Therapeutics Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SSS) (“SCT”) has agreed to a $2.0 Million private placement of 4,000,000 units, each unit consisting of one common share of SCT and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of SCT for $0.75 for a period of one year from closing or $1.00 for an additional year. The financing has been fully subscribed and is expected to close in the next week to 10 ten days.
