Bizjournals -- The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) awarded $3.8 million to nine projects to redevelop blighted sites, the state announced Friday. Forest Lake, Glencoe, Milaca, Wadena and Waite Park each received one grant under the Redevelopment Grant Program. St. Paul and Minneapolis each received two grants.
