Dallas Business Journal -- Both American Airlines Inc. and Southwest Airlines Co. grew the number of maintenance workers employed by their organizations in 2008 when compared to 2007, but overall employment was down at American, a new report from the Bureau of Transportation Statistics said Tuesday.
