ProMetic Life Sciences Inc. (“ProMetic”)(TSX: PLI) announced today that it closed a previously announced private placement of 29,600,000 subordinate voting shares at C$0.365 per share with JPMorgan and Third Point LLC. Proceeds from the private placement totaled C$10.8 million.
