Portland Business Journal -- The Hilton Hotels Corp. is closing the Rose City Cafe & Wine Bar restaurant inside Portland International Airport. As a result, 53 workers will be laid off between June 30 and July 14, the company said in a letter to the state Community Colleges and Workforce Development Department, which oversees the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
