(NYSE Amex:OPK) today announced the completion of a public offering of 27,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.75 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,050,000 shares of common stock. All of the shares were offered by the Company.
