Bill Marth is going shopping--and that says a lot about the turnaround happening at the company he runs, Albany Molecular Research Inc. At the start of this year, Marth and AMRI's co-founder Tom D'Ambra switched roles. Marth became president and CEO; D'Ambra became company chairman, the first time in AMRI's 23-year history that he isn't running the company. AMRI (Nasdaq: AMRI) is best-known for discovering the active ingredient in the allergy medication Allegra.
