PRNewswire -- The Lancaster County Convention Center and Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square recently named Melissa Watro as catering sales manager. She will be responsible for the solicitation, procurement & management of catering operations at the convention center and adjoining 300-room Lancaster hotel with a combined 90,000 square feet of meeting space, scheduled to open in Spring of 2009.
