Stl Today -- The first St. Louis location of nationwide upscale seafood chain McCormick & Schmick’s opens at 4 p.m. today at West County Center, Manchester Road and I-270. The restaurant will have seating for more than 300, including approximately 50 for private dining, 40 in the bar and 60 on the outside patio.
