Lumiere Place Names Philippe Trosch as Executive Chef

PRNewswire -- Lumiere Place, the luxurious gaming complex in downtown St. Louis, today announced Chef Philippe Trosch has been named Executive Chef for Lumiere Place. Chef Trosch comes to Lumiere Place from the world-renowned Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, Florida, where he was an Executive Chef. He previously worked as Executive Sous Chef at the Inter-Continental Hotel in Caracas, Venezuela and Chef de Cuisine at The Vineyard Room in the Ritz-Carlton in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Chef Trosch also served as Chef de Cuisine at Bernard's in the legendary Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California and as Executive Chef for Loew's Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona where he achieved the prestigious AAA Five Diamond award for three straight years.
