Palm Beach Post -- City commissioners have denied an appeal of planning and zoning board approvals for work at the Gulfstream Hotel, allowing Ceebraid-Signal Corp. to proceed with plans to renovate the hotel and add tennis courts, a parking lot and a pool deck.
