Management at Chambers Hotel, where Jean-Georges Vongerichten had launched the Chambers Kitchen, said the chef’s operation would be leaving effective July 20. Vongerichten’s company, Culinary Concepts by Jean-Georges, will be replaced by D’Amico & Partners Inc.
