The Business Journal of Milwaukee -- The Iron Horse Hotel said Monday that its new American restaurant, Smyth, will open May 1. The hotel said Smyth offers an "approachable menu" featuring fish, game and charcouterie. The kitchen, led by chef Thomas Schultz, will offer menu items like Venison Osso Buco and Red Snapper with clams and roasted red peppers. Appetizers, which can be ordered in portions for up to six people, will include mussels steamed in Lakefront Brewery beer.
