("Innovotech") (TSX VENTURE:IOT) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange in connection with a non-brokered offering of 2,894,739 units ("Units") for gross proceeds of $550,000 by way of a private placement (the "Private Placement") previously announced on August 2, 2006. Each Unit is comprised of one common share ("Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant issued on the terms previously announced on August 2, 2006.
