ImClone Systems Incorporated Agrees To Pay IRS $32 Million Fine

CHICAGO, March 16 (Reuters) - Biotech company ImClone Systems Inc. said on Thursday it reached a deal with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to resolve a dispute over an employment tax audit, in which it will pay $32 million to the IRS.
