(NYSE: HST) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.5546875 per share on its Class E cumulative redeemable preferred stock for the first quarter of 2009. The preferred dividend is payable on April 15, 2009 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2009.
